Service Description
This consultation is perfect for clients needing help with closets, pantries, or other storage areas. We’ll talk through your storage challenges, aesthetic goals, and functionality needs. Within 1 week, you'll receive a detailed project proposal outlining solutions tailored to your space. Duration: 1 hour 30mins or less Travel fee applies for locations more than 40 miles from ZIP code 75208. A rate of $1.25 per mile (round trip) will be added to your invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Design Consultation Cancellation Policy: At Mise En Scène Custom Home and Design, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure a smooth process for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation policy for design consultations: Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If the 24-hour period falls over a weekend or holiday, the required notice must be given by the previous business day. Example: If your consultation is scheduled for Tuesday and Monday is a holiday, notice of cancellation must be provided by the previous Friday. Rescheduling: If a client cancels within the 24-hour window, the consultation can be rescheduled without penalty. Failure to Cancel in Advance: If the required notice is not provided, half of the consultation fee will be forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed, but a new consultation fee will apply for the rescheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this allows us to serve all our clients fairly. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.
